A hiking trail runs alongside the property. It joins a GR trail (National Grande Randonnée or Long Distance Trails), which winds along the river of Lunain. Around the house, paths meander through the woods, the countryside and the banks of the Loing; they can be travelled on foot, on horseback or by bicycle.

To the south, there is the charming village of Egreville, with a magnificent covered market dating back to the 15th century. The Monday market takes place under the covered market and on the church square.
